The UUX implementation of openURL exposes the UUX "overpanel" as a modal. This overpanel is an iframe inside a panel that slides up on top of the UUX application. It is important to note that the platform has no control over whether the page that is loaded is able to be rendered in an iframe. It is common for websites to use the X-IFRAME-OPTIONS header to prevent the site from being loaded into an iframe. If this is the case, then false should be passed for showInOverpanel.
