Why would a client be on an older version of Tecton?

Updated:

An explanation of why clients may be running an older version of Tecton.

Our client's environments are not evergreen. As a result, they may occasionally take upgrades to newer versions if they want particular updates or fixes that we make to the codebase; but it's typical for a client to sit on a particular version for a couple of years before upgrading again.

Because of all this, each release of UUX is typically tied to the latest version of Tecton that was available at the time.
